Helios 85 RS was developed to satisfy customers looking for a solid and efficient machine, with basic and essential set-up.
The oversized rear wheels guarantee traction also on difficult terrain, while the front wheels, with smaller diameter, ensure reduced turning radii.
Compact, agile and with low centre of gravity, Helios 85 RS is the ideal tractor for working in orchards and vineyards, also on slopes, olive groves, greenhouses, canopy plantations or characterised by low foliage.
The new cab (optional) with an ultra-low profile and height off the ground of only 170 cm is available in two versions: “Compact Clima” with air conditioning and heating system or “Compact Pro” pressurised and Category 4 approved.
RS | Steering wheels
The oversized rear wheels, available in 20 or 24”, ensure high lifting capacity (2700 kg) and traction on any type of ground.
The OS-Frame and the steering acting on the front wheels ensure stability and adherence in any operating condition, even on slopes.
The standard manoeuvring brakes further reduce the turning radius for more agility between the rows.

Helios 85 is equipped with a 75 hp 4-cylinder Turbo Intercooler engine with particulate filter, that BCS Group worked on in collaboration with Kohler, their technological partner, for an advanced regeneration strategy guaranteeing maximum performance and reducing machine downtime to a minimum.
The engine revs are electronically adjusted quickly by a manual lever and a button that stores and retrieves the set speed.

The low chassis with height off the ground of only 170 cm makes use under the foliage, in pergola vineyards, canopy plantations and greenhouses extremely easy.
Pressurised and homologated in Category 4, isolates the operator from harmful inhalations during treatments with phytosanitary agents, making the work environment healthy and safe.

The SCS™ keeps the radiator and intake grilles of the engine bonnet constantly clean from dust and debris raised during work, avoiding dangerous overheating.
Front bumper
Robust steel accessory that combines style and functionality by protecting the bonnet and radiator grille from impact.
Front ballasts
Ballast weighing a total of 150 kg, designed for mounting on both sides of the bonnet so as not to increase the size of the tractor.
LED work lights
Two front LED lights, positioned under the bonnet grill, increase the lighted area favouring over-night work or in case of poor visibility.
